You'll be responsible for developing and executing effective lead generation strategies within the Salesforce.com CRM platform. Your primary tasks will involve identifying and targeting potential leads and prospects, conducting initial outreach to qualify leads, and ensuring the accuracy of lead records within Salesforce CRM. Collaborating closely with our marketing team, you'll have the opportunity to optimize lead generation campaigns and initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com CRM and experience working with CRM data. Proven experience in lead generation, preferably within a Salesforce CRM environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed lead generation targets. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM tools. Salesforce certification(s) is a plus.
