Join Cloudastick Academy, a Salesforce learning and growth program designed for fast learners eager to become certified Salesforce Consultants. As an Academy Associate, you will gain real-world exposure to live client projects across various industries and geographies while developing deep Salesforce expertise. At the end of your academy journey, high-performing associates will be offered full-time or part-time consultant positions within Cloudastick Systems.
Strong passion for technology, consulting, and continuous learning Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities Ability to learn new Salesforce features and concepts quickly 0 to 2 Salesforce certifications or 1 to 10 Superbadges on Trailhead (We will help you grow, this is an academy post, but having a head start is a big plus) Familiarity with CRM concepts, data modeling, and process automation is a plus Eagerness to explore Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.)
