We are looking for a Junior Salesforce Developer with 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. You’ll work with senior developers to design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions that meet client needs. Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Salesforce platform concepts — objects, fields, relationships, validation rules, and automation tools. - Familiarity with Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flows (academic or practical exposure). - Understanding of web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. - Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. - Eagerness to learn, experiment, and continuously improve. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Salesforce certifications are a plus (e.g., Platform Developer I or Administrator).

Responsibilities

- Assist in designing, developing, and testing custom Salesforce components under the guidance of senior developers. - Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components. - Collaborate with project teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. - Support integrations, testing, and deployment activities. - Troubleshoot and maintain existing Salesforce configurations. - Participate in code reviews, testing cycles, and deployment activities. - Document technical work and follow internal best practices. - Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and contribute ideas to improve team efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and user adoption.
