Required Skills

Proven experience in Office Management, HR, or Talent Acquisition. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Exceptional networking skills (especially on LinkedIn). Strong financial literacy regarding expense management and budgeting.


Responsibilities

1. Office Excellence & Asset Management The "Vibe" Guardian: Own the look and feel of the office. Ensure it is always professional, welcoming, and inspiring. Procurement & Budgeting: Manage all office purchases (furniture, tech, supplies). You will be the point person for vendor relations. Data Mastery: Maintain rigorous Excel/Google Sheets records for all office expenses, asset tracking, and daily operational costs. Daily Operations: Ensure the "Office Day" flows perfectly—from coffee supplies to facility maintenance. 2. Talent Acquisition & Growth Full-Cycle Recruiting: Handle the "People Pipeline" for both Full-Time (FT) positions and our Academy programs. Screening: Conduct initial interviews to ensure candidates align with our technical standards and culture. LinkedIn Networking: Actively headhunt and build a "bench" of talent. You should be a visible, engaging presence on LinkedIn. Onboarding: Facilitate a seamless transition from "Candidate" to "Team Member." 3. Business Networking & Referrals Brand Ambassador: Network with potential customers and partners to keep Cloudastick Systems top-of-mind. Referral Engine: Incentivize and manage referral programs for both new hires and new client signings. 4. Culture & Team Spirit Event Architecture: Plan and execute team outings, workshops, and celebrations. Spirit Management: Keep a pulse on team morale. You are responsible for "who, what, when, and how much" regarding our social calendar and culture budget.
