We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead and coordinate end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience managing Salesforce or CRM-related projects, with a strong understanding of both technical and business processes. You will oversee project planning, stakeholder communication, resource management, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of Salesforce solutions that align with client goals.
- 3–5 years of proven experience managing Salesforce or CRM implementation projects. - Solid understanding of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.). - Strong command of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. - Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce configuration and deployment processes. - PMP, Scrum Master, or Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator) are preferred. - Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Manage the full Salesforce project lifecycle from initiation to go-live and post-implementation support. - Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. - Lead cross-functional teams of Salesforce consultants, developers, and administrators. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation management. - Monitor project risks, budgets, and timelines, providing proactive mitigation strategies. - Conduct project status meetings, sprint planning, and stakeholder presentations. - Ensure all solutions align with Salesforce best practices and client business goals. - Support Cloudastick’s continuous improvement initiatives in project delivery standards.
