We are seeking a Salesforce Admin who will manage and enhance the company’s Salesforce CRM platform to ensure optimal performance, usability, and scalability. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into system solutions, maintaining data integrity, and implementing process improvements that drive organizational efficiency.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Administration and CRM configuration - Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures, reports, and dashboards - Experience with user management, profiles, roles, and permissions - Knowledge of automation tools such as Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules - Familiarity with data management tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard) - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Manage day-to-day Salesforce operations including user setup, customization, and data maintenance - Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business insights - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver Salesforce solutions - Implement system enhancements and process improvements to improve user adoption - Maintain data quality and integrity across all Salesforce environments - Support user training and documentation for new features and updates - Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices
