Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Salesforce Developer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, efficient, and user-friendly Salesforce applications.


Required Skills

• Custom Development: Design, code, test, and deploy high-quality solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce. • System Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and platform events. • Configuration & Administration: Manage Salesforce configuration, including object modeling, workflow rules, flows, validation rules, and security settings (profiles, roles, permission sets). • Technical Design: Translate complex business requirements into technical design specifications that adhere to Salesforce best practices and governor limits. • Performance Optimization: Proactively monitor system performance and refactor code to ensure scalability and efficiency. • Collaboration: Partner with business analysts, project managers, and product owners to provide technical guidance and support during the SDLC. • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including data models, integration mappings, and deployment guides. • Best Practices: Enforce high-quality coding standards, perform code reviews, and maintain unit test coverage to ensure long-term platform stability.


Responsibilities

• Core Salesforce: Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL. • Platform Tools: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow, Process Builder (for legacy maintenance), and Salesforce CLI. • Web Technologies: Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern web development patterns. • Integration: Experience with API development and integration patterns (REST/SOAP, JSON/XML). • DevOps: Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins). • Data Management: Proficiency in data modeling and Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Workbench).
