As a Marketing Cloud Consultant, you will participate in and eventually lead Marketing Cloud implementations. While your primary focus is on project delivery, your involvement will span the entire project lifecycle, including presales support. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients advance their digital marketing strategies by leveraging Marketing Cloud best practices to create multi-channel roadmaps.
Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant OR Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
Technical Implementation & Design • Implementation & Configuration: Execute full implementations, configurations, and data migrations. • Integration: Manage Marketing Cloud Connect and build custom integrations between Marketing Cloud and 3rd-party applications or data sources. • Solution Design: Lead requirements gathering, perform solution design, and author Statements of Work (SOWs). • Automation & Journeys: Design and implement automated email and mobile journeys using Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder. • Optimization: Advise clients on how to optimize their existing Marketing Cloud setups. Client Engagement & Strategy • Advisory: Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding clients on best practices and long-term multi-channel roadmapping. • Communication: Clearly articulate project concepts, progress, and outcomes to client stakeholders. • Training: Conduct user training sessions and proactively drive user adoption of the platform. Analytics & Reporting • KPI Management: Utilize a strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs (email marketing, PPC, and conversion metrics). • Reporting: Experience in reporting and analyzing email activity using Email Studio and Journey Builder. • Nice to have: Proficiency with Data Views, Discover Reports (Analytics Builder), and Einstein Engagement. Project Management • Delivery: Proven track record of delivering marketing automation projects within fast-paced environments while maintaining strict deadlines.
