You will be the primary technical and functional expert, working closely with our sales team to provide tailored solutions and insightful recommendations to potential clients during the pre-sales phase.
Salesforce Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, platform, and ecosystem, with hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration and customization. Presales Experience: Proven track record in presales, solution scoping, and delivering product demonstrations to prospective clients. Business Acumen: A keen understanding of various industries and business processes, enabling you to identify opportunities where Salesforce can drive meaningful improvements. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address clients' challenges effectively and propose innovative solutions. Collaborative Spirit: A team player who can work seamlessly with sales, consulting, and development teams to deliver compelling solutions. Certifications: Salesforce certifications (such as Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) are desirable but not mandatory.
