We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with 4–6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. You’ll lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced Salesforce solutions, working closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable systems that drive business success.
- 4–6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. - Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce configuration. -Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, architecture, and integration patterns. - Experience with DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, or similar) is a plus. - Salesforce Platform Developer II certification preferred. - Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with client goals. - Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce and Cloudastick development standards. - Mentor and guide junior team members in technical growth and delivery excellence. - Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce. - Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware tools. - Optimize existing code and configurations for performance and scalability. - Collaborate with project managers and consultants to translate business needs into technical deliverables. - Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines. - Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and admins to refine requirements and ensure seamless solution delivery. - Troubleshoot and optimize performance issues across Lightning components and Apex code. - Keep up with Salesforce releases and proactively introduce relevant new features. - Ensure integration stability and security when connecting Salesforce to third-party systems. - Contribute to solution documentation, deployment checklists, and internal best practices. - Maintain documentation, ensure code quality, and follow Salesforce security and development standards.
