- Lead and contribute to the development of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom Lightning applications. - Work in a hybrid setup with flexibility, collaborating with internal teams and clients across multiple industries. - Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and high-performance Salesforce solutions. - Act as a hands-on technical lead, mentoring junior developers and enforcing best practices in design and development. - Integrate Salesforce with MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud, and other external systems through APIs and connectors. - Ensure high-quality code standards, robust testing, and smooth deployment across environments.
- Strong Salesforce technical expertise — Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flow. - Experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom app development. - Proven experience with Salesforce integrations, particularly MuleSoft and Marketing Cloud Connect. - Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security design. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and client-facing abilities. - Team leadership and mentorship experience. - Salesforce certifications preferred: >>Platform Developer II >>Sales Cloud Consultant
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with client goals. - Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce and Cloudastick development standards. - Mentor and guide junior team members in technical growth and delivery excellence. - Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and admins to refine requirements and ensure seamless solution delivery. - Troubleshoot and optimize performance issues across Lightning components and Apex code. - Keep up with Salesforce releases and proactively introduce relevant new features. - Ensure integration stability and security when connecting Salesforce to third-party systems. - Contribute to solution documentation, deployment checklists, and internal best practices.
