Join Cloudastick Academy, a Salesforce learning and growth program designed for fast learners eager to become certified Salesforce Consultants. As an Academy Associate, you will gain real-world exposure to live client projects across various industries and geographies while developing deep Salesforce expertise. At the end of your academy journey, high-performing associates will be offered full-time or part-time consultant positions within Cloudastick Systems.
Responsibilities
Participate in a structured learning journey within Cloudastick Academy Engage with mentors, architects, and real project teams to apply Salesforce skills Contribute to demo orgs, proof-of-concepts, and client deliverables under supervision Collaborate with international customers and internal project squads Complete learning assignments, certifications, and performance milestones Demonstrate initiative, ownership, and enthusiasm for client success Prepare for transition into full-time or part-time consultant roles
Skills
Strong passion for technology, consulting, and continuous learning Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities Ability to learn new Salesforce features and concepts quickly 0 to 2 Salesforce certifications or 1 to 10 Superbadges on Trailhead (We will help you grow, this is an academy post, but having a head start is a big plus) Familiarity with CRM concepts, data modeling, and process automation is a plus Eagerness to explore Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.)
Education
Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent discipline Salesforce certifications (Administrator, App Builder, or Consultant) preferred Additional training or coursework in cloud computing, CRM, or business analysis is advantageous
