Talk Where Your Customers Are

Sending SMS from Salesforce Isn’t a “Nice to Have” Anymore. It’s the New Standard.

Look, you’ve already invested in Salesforce. You’ve set up the dashboards, the automations, the pipelines.

But if your leads have to wait hours, or days, for a reply, or if your team is stuck playing phone tag and chasing email opens…

You’re not moving fast. You’re just moving in circles.

And let’s be honest: your customers don’t want more emails. They want quick, personal responses. That’s what SMS gives you.

That’s not smart selling. That’s slow selling.

It’s like running a race in sneakers while your competitors ride a motorcycle.

Why Texting Inside Salesforce Just Makes Sense:

Your CRM should be where conversations happen, not where you track ones that happened elsewhere.

It’s about making conversations part of your actual workflow, automatically.

When someone signs up, fills out a form, or has a question, you shouldn’t be switching tabs, copy-pasting numbers, or guessing what happened last.

With something like Mogli SMS, it all happens in one place: Salesforce.

You can reply, automate, send surveys, even drop a WhatsApp or voice message. All without leaving the screen. It’s not just about sending a text. It’s about triggering workflows, capturing replies, updating records, qualifying leads, and driving engagement... without ever leaving your CRM.

That’s not just convenient. It’s how real-time business is done.

Here’s What Happens When You Don’t Have SMS in Salesforce:

You’re stuck waiting for emails to get opened (if they ever do).

Leads slip through the cracks.

Your team wastes time doing manual follow-ups.

You delay decisions because you don’t have the full picture.

And all the while, your competitors? They’re texting and you’re still emailing, you’re already behind.

Texts have a 98% open rate.

Most are read within 5 seconds.

And your sales team? They already have Salesforce open all day.

So, What’s the Fix?

It’s simple:

  1. Check your comms stack: Are your messages integrated into Salesforce?
  2. Set up automation: Use Flows + Mogli to auto-respond, follow up, and route replies.
  3. Train your team: Conversation view is like a messaging inbox—only smarter.
  4. Use templates: Save hours with pre-written, personalized messages.
  5. Track everything: Because yes, you can report on SMS performance too.

Here’s the Truth

If your CRM can’t text or message the people you're trying to reach. it’s not helping you move forward, it’s holding you back.

With a tool like Mogli, you make Salesforce the heartbeat of your conversations. Not just a place to log notes after the fact.

We help companies set up Salesforce to do what it should’ve done all along talk to people in real time.

Pro Tip: Start small. Try sending a follow-up text after a form fill or support case. See the difference for yourself.

2025 Pricing Updates

What’s changing:

Cloudastick plans to raise prices on:

  • Support contracts – likely increasing monthly or hourly maintenance/support fees.
  • Implementation projects – adjustments in fixed‑fee or time‑and‑material rates for new Salesforce setups, integrations, and custom development.

Why it matters:

These changes will increase total cost of ownership for both ongoing support and future Salesforce initiatives. It will affect budgeting, especially for organizations that regularly implement new features or require continuous support.

What to do:

  1. Reach out ASAP to get the new pricing structure and effective dates.
  2. Negotiate a transition perhaps extend your current pricing by renewing early or commit to a multi-year agreement to secure better rates.
  3. Review your roadmap and reprioritize projects before price increases kick in to lock in current rates.

Meanwhile, Salesforce is rolling out some wide-ranging pricing shifts:

  • Enterprise & Unlimited Edition prices rise by ~6% starting August 1, 2025.
  • They're also launching two AI-driven “Agentforce” offerings:
    • Agentforce Add‑ons at $125/user/mo,
    • Agentforce 1 Edition at $550/user/mo.
  • Additionally, Slack plan prices are increasing, and advanced features (including Salesforce Channels) will now be available in all plans even the free tier.
  • Long-standing partner clients (10+ years) are being offered significant discounts, likely through personalized pricing on bundles, AI access, or extended terms .
