2025 Pricing Updates

What’s changing:

Cloudastick plans to raise prices on:

  • Support contracts – likely increasing monthly or hourly maintenance/support fees.
  • Implementation projects – adjustments in fixed‑fee or time‑and‑material rates for new Salesforce setups, integrations, and custom development.

Why it matters:

These changes will increase total cost of ownership for both ongoing support and future Salesforce initiatives. It will affect budgeting, especially for organizations that regularly implement new features or require continuous support.

What to do:

  1. Reach out ASAP to get the new pricing structure and effective dates.
  2. Negotiate a transition perhaps extend your current pricing by renewing early or commit to a multi-year agreement to secure better rates.
  3. Review your roadmap and reprioritize projects before price increases kick in to lock in current rates.

Meanwhile, Salesforce is rolling out some wide-ranging pricing shifts:

  • Enterprise & Unlimited Edition prices rise by ~6% starting August 1, 2025.
  • They're also launching two AI-driven “Agentforce” offerings:
    • Agentforce Add‑ons at $125/user/mo,
    • Agentforce 1 Edition at $550/user/mo.
  • Additionally, Slack plan prices are increasing, and advanced features (including Salesforce Channels) will now be available in all plans even the free tier.
  • Long-standing partner clients (10+ years) are being offered significant discounts, likely through personalized pricing on bundles, AI access, or extended terms .

CRM integration matters

Investing in a CRM without integrating it into your actual workflows is like buying a Ferrari and leaving it in the garage.

It looks great on paper. You’ll even tell people about it.

But it’s not doing what it was built to do, move fast, and win.

What Is Integration, Really?

It’s not a buzzword. It means your CRM actually talks to your other systems website, email, ads, lead forms, support, billing so data flows without manual work, without missing leads, without chaos.

If you’re copying things from email to Excel to Slack to “just let the team know”… that’s not a CRM. That’s admin work in disguise.

Why It Actually Matters

Without integration:

  • You’re working blind data’s scattered, leads get lost
  • Teams guess their next move instead of knowing it
  • You delay decisions because reports take hours to pull
  • You lose revenue without even realizing it

Meanwhile, your competitors are moving faster not because they work harder, but because their systems do.

What To Do Next

  • Audit your tools: what's connected, what’s not?
  • Automate where data should flow: leads, deals, reports
  • Enable your team to actually use the system right

Let’s be honest: a CRM that doesn’t integrate isn’t a tool, it's tech theatre.

It looks impressive. Sounds strategic. But it’s holding your growth hostage.

Integration isn’t a bonus. It’s the difference between a CRM that stores data and one that drives results.
